We looked at 131 private non-profit and private for-profit colleges and universities listed by the National Center for Education Statistics (NCES) College Navigator with an undergraduate student enrollment size of less than 1,000. We then selected schools with a graduate tuition of under $20,000 per year. We confirmed accreditation and listed the top 20 schools in order of affordability.
